Making healthcare feel human, not clinical.
Meddo Health is one of India's fastest-growing doctor-led care networks, partnering with 4,000+ doctors across clinics, pharmacies and labs. They came to us with a problem familiar to most healthtech brands: the product was great, the people were great, but the communication felt cold and corporate.
Our job was to build a content + identity system that could carry warmth and trust across every touchpoint, from a quick Instagram post about high blood pressure to a multi-page brochure for clinical partners.
Big quote, real face, soft tech color.
Wellness campaigns built around real human moments: yoga, runs with osteoarthritis, self-care routines. We paired strong portraits with quote-led copy and a tight purple-and-cream system so every post felt like part of one bigger publication.
One ecosystem. Many voices. Every day.
Beyond campaigns we built the everyday content engine: Did-You-Know explainers, Fertility Unfiltered with experts, Doxper EMR launches, Tech podcast posts, World Cancer Day takeovers, all designed to slot cleanly into the same visual library.
Trust-purple, sunshine yellow, real-talk pink.
The Meddo palette balances medical trust (deep electric purple) with everyday warmth (yellow + soft pink). Used in alternating blocks, it lets healthcare topics feel approachable without ever drifting into "wellness brand" territory.

Health questions, answered with personality.
A library of long-form and short-form ad creatives, covering meddoSure health plans, doctor-led explainers ("Silent Killer", "What causes recurrent fever?", "When should you see a gynaecologist?") and family-friendly answer posts. Every card was templated to ship fast and still feel hand-made.
"The new system didn't just look better. It cut our production time in half, and our engagement rate on awareness posts went up by 2.3×." — Meddo Health, internal feedback
One-Stop Care, drawn the way it should feel.
A custom illustration set translated the brand's three big promises (One-Stop Care, Personalized Coordinator and Renowned Doctors) into warm, hand-drawn characters. We illustrated patient-family moments and doctor-as-superhero scenes to add humanity to the otherwise data-heavy product pages.
Brochures clinic partners actually keep on the desk.
The Meddo-Doxper EMR roll-out needed printed material for hospital decision-makers: surgeons, hospital admins, lab partners. We built a tri-fold brochure system, comparison sheets and partnership decks that paired the medical credibility of dense data with the same energetic visual language as the consumer side.
Watch the brand in motion.
A short film tying the whole brand back together: the people, the values, the everyday-care promise. Directed and edited by Get Up Lab.
One brand, deployed everywhere.
The Meddo system now powers consumer-facing campaigns, doctor partner pitches, in-clinic POS, the Doxper EMR roll-out and India's first health plan covering both consultation and diagnostics. The visual core stays the same — only the conversation changes.
