Getup Lab is a creative studio based in New Delhi, India. We provide branding, design, creative strategy, content creation, digital marketing, website design, motion graphics, and related creative services to clients in India and worldwide.

Project-specific details such as scope, deliverables, timelines, pricing, and revision limits will be outlined in a proposal, quotation, or project agreement before work begins.
03 Client Responsibilities
To ensure projects run smoothly, clients agree to:
- Provide accurate information and project requirements.
- Share necessary assets, content, and brand materials on time.
- Review and approve work within agreed timelines.
- Make payments according to agreed terms.
Delays in feedback, approvals, assets, or payments may result in project delays, rescheduling, or additional fees.
04 Payments & Refunds
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
- A 50% advance payment is required before work begins.
- The remaining 50% payment is due before final deliverables are released.
- Invoices must be paid within 15 days of issue.
- Late payments may incur interest of 1.5% per month.
Payments are generally non-refundable once work has started. If Getup Lab cancels a project before any work has been delivered, any advance payment received will be refunded.
05 Revisions
Project proposals may include a specific number of revision rounds. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be charged separately.
Requests that significantly change the original project scope may be treated as a new project or require a revised quotation.
06 Intellectual Property
Ownership of final approved deliverables transfers to the client only after full payment has been received.
Getup Lab retains ownership of:
- Internal processes and methodologies
- Design systems and frameworks
- Templates, tools, and resources created before the project
- Unused concepts and draft work
Clients confirm that any materials they provide, including logos, images, content, or trademarks, are owned by them or properly licensed. Clients agree to indemnify and hold Getup Lab harmless against any third-party claims related to materials supplied by the client.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, Getup Lab may showcase completed work on its website, portfolio, social media, presentations, and marketing materials.
07 Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep confidential information private and not disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.
Confidential information includes business strategies, project details, financial information, and any non-public materials shared during the engagement. This obligation remains in effect for three years after the project ends.
08 Third-Party Services & Costs
Certain projects may require third-party services or purchases, including but not limited to:
- Website hosting
- Domain registration
- Premium fonts
- Stock photography
- Plugins
- Advertising spend
- Software subscriptions
These costs are not included unless specifically mentioned in the project proposal and are the responsibility of the client. Getup Lab is not responsible for the performance, pricing, or policies of third-party providers.
09 Limitation of Liability
Getup Lab will perform its services with reasonable skill, care, and professional standards. However, Getup Lab shall not be liable for:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of business opportunities
- Loss of data
- Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
Our total liability for any claim arising from a project shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for that specific project.
10 Termination
Either party may terminate a project by providing written notice if the other party materially breaches these terms and fails to correct the issue within 14 days.
Upon termination:
- The client must pay for all completed work and expenses incurred up to the termination date.
- Getup Lab may retain ownership of unfinished work until outstanding payments have been settled.
11 Force Majeure
Getup Lab shall not be held responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, internet outages, government restrictions, labour disputes, or other unforeseen events.
12 Website Use
When using our website, you agree not to:
- Upload malicious software or harmful code
- Attempt unauthorized access to systems
- Engage in unlawful activity
- Distribute spam or misleading information
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or remove website content at any time without notice. Use of the website is at your own risk.
